So here are the three, yes three apples I'm getting on my apple tree this year. Ugh. Last year I canned just short of 2 dozen pint jars of apple sauce and this year, three apples. Again I say "UGH".
I must consult an apple expert to find out why my tree just produces every other year. Hurumph.
if you realy want it to give you each year...its gonna sound weird but even the experts say it...take a piece of wood or a chain and go and beat the heck out of the truck..it will give you tons...we did it on our apple tree...we "trimmed" it and it didnt give us apples at all for 3 years...then we did that and we've had bushels ever since...
